Not critical, but strange choose system layout when install Lubuntu 19.04

Hello.

When i install fresh install distro Lubuntu 19.04 from https://lubuntu.net/downloads/ i have next situation.

From start i choose Russian language and it work ok.
But when i try to install Lubuntu on PC (virtual, for now) i have next trouble (it's fun, but is it).
I have only one keyboard layout by default - Russian.
And when i try to enter username - i can't use English.
Fixed with next steps:
Super - Параметры - Настройки lxqt - Системные настройки lxqt - Клавиатура и мышь - keyboard layout
Добавить English (US)

and then i can change layout for enter username and password.

It is not critical problem, but for newbies is not good signal.

Why remove English (US) layout from list when you choose other language from start to install?

Think it is just because they never thought that a person would need two languages during installation. I know you can add other keyboard layouts after and choose between them. Maybe someone else will have better information.

fyi: You didn't download Lubuntu from an official site, or one in the control of the Lubuntu or Ubuntu teams. If you can't recall which is the correct site; I'd go to https://ubuntu.com/download/flavours which is under the control of Ubuntu teams and it will send you to the official site (which for Lubuntu is https://lubuntu.me/

I can't currently give more on the language issue with Calamares (the Lubuntu used installer), but if I learn more I'll add more when I can. ps: I read the language issues as only relating to the installer process, if this is not the case - please correct me.

Ok. No differents. From lubuntu.me remove English (US) from keyboard layout list if choose other language from start of install distro.

Ok, trouble with fresh install system from ISO image file (for me it lubuntu-19.04-desktop-amd64.iso). Now downloaded from https://lubuntu.me/
If from start choose other language will remove English (US) lang from keyboard layout list. It can add manualy from menu: Super - ... - Keyboard Layout - add English (US) while install. I try to load screenshot for this post.

How to enter to system, if password entered on English?

On installed system i add English (US) lang in keyboard layout, but it not work for login screen.
