I have on my computer case 3 USB 3.0 Ports, and 9 USB2 ports. All the USB 3.0 ports work with everything as expected, but none of the USB 2.0 ports do. Those USB 2.0 ports do not work with my keyboard, mouse, printer, or USB drives. I do not know if this is a hardware failure, or a bad driver installation.
OS: Ubuntu 18.04
Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-D3P
Some diagnostic commands, and their outputs, with a USB Drive plugged into a USB2 port:
Code:

n@ubuntu:~$ ls /dev/ | grep sd

sda and sdb are RAIDed together in a RAID1 Mirror configuration. The USB Drive does not show.
I would appreciate any other steps to take to find out if anything is wrong with the USB2 driver.
