    Thunderbolt 2 Dock

    Trying to troubleshoot a Thunderbolt 2 dock I got from Elgato. (Elgato Thunderbolt 2 dock)

    I'm trying to use it with my iMac 12,2 (mid-2011), but it doesn't seem to get any activity.

    I've posted lots of troubleshooting steps here a few days ago, but there hasn't been any replies yet.

    Can anyone help me out? Did I just spend $80 on a functinoal dud?
