    Think of a drive as a file cabinet and the drawers as the partitions. You then can have one file cabinet with one drawer or many drawers.
    Microsoft confuses "drive" and partitions as a "d" drive in Windows can be a second partition on the first drive or the first partition on the second drive. In Linux drives are clear separated as sda, sdb, sdc etc, or newer NVMe as nvme0n1, nvme0n2. And partitions are the number at the end or sda1, sda2.

    LVM uses volumes but often is inside one large partition on a drive. LVM can span drives.

    Good learning thank you.

    User "rslsync" does not have permissions to this partition. What if the user was Mary, how could we sort this out so she would have all required permissions?
