How to backup admin files to Google Drive?

Hello community, I'd like to schedule periodic backups of admin files in an Ubuntu server to Google Drive but in a way that the server only uploads the files that have changed without keeping a local copy. Is there a tool that allows to do that entirely from the command line? Any help or comment would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
