    Installation of wireless usb adapter

In one of my UBUNTU 14.04 desktops, it is not possible to connect with cable internet. Therefore, I purchased a iBall Wireless USB Adapter with an intention to connect the PC through Mobile Hotspot. With the installation CD so provided, I failed to install the driver etc. How do I configure the adapter to make it work?

Please run the wireless script from the stick thread ans show the outputs.

    Maybe upgrading to 16.04?!

Thanks. I simply formatted and installed 16.04 in the desktop PC and automatically WIFI networks starts. Thereafter I inserted the USB Wireless Adapter and WIFI starts through Mobile Hotspot. Now I'm writing through the said PC. This was more easy.

Therefore, no more wireless script etc. is required! Thanks again for your support.

Still you prefer for 18.04 LTS? Whether 2GB Memory is sufficient for 64 bit? Please advise.
