forums are a good way to support the linux distributions that you use. just being a member counts as supporting the community and of course the more knowledge you gain the more you can help others as well.
Why? I was asked to be.
Lubuntu wanted a team member here, it ended up being me.
I'm only glad most of the questions are answered by others, as with my skill-set/knowledge-base most of the time I'd struggle to know where to start. I note the questions (open in a new tab) & monitor them... hoping that the ones I can't answer get helped by others... which nearly always ends up happening... so Thanks Everyone !!!
(I do the same with askubuntu, but there seem to be a lot more easier questions there...)
(I also noted coffee & donuts - I haven't found them yet...)

A thing discovered and kept to oneself must be discovered time and again by others. A thing discovered and shared with others need be discovered only the once.
This universe is crazy. I'm going back to my own.
How many posts or how frequent is considered "active"?
I usually only come here to find help. Hopefully if I ask a question it will help others with the same question or problem.
