    Ubuntu 18.04 / DNS Issue

    Hello guys,

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for your awesome job. Also, I would like to apologize for my mediocre english, but I'm French.

Anyway! I wanted to use Opendns DNS so I've changed the setting on my network managers for those :

    • 208.67.222.222;
    • 208.67.220.220.

Then, because I wanted the Opendns filter to be on all my Wifi network, I changed my routeur's DNS and used those. But it did not work, so I reset my routeurs parameters (network), then and deleted also the Opendns' dns on my network manager (desktop).
But still, I'm stuck with : 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220I've been searching and trying a lot.

My resolv.conf gives this output -->
    • nameserver 127.0.0.53
    • options edns0

Everything is fine on Windows so I guess it's a Ubuntu issue. I've been flushing my DNS using the comand line. But still nothing.

I let you some pictures to ilustrate my issue. Hope you can help me.
    Thank you very much.

    Code:
    # This file is managed by man:systemd-resolved(8). Do not edit.#
    # This is a dynamic resolv.conf file for connecting local clients to the
    # internal DNS stub resolver of systemd-resolved. This file lists all
    # configured search domains.
    #
    # Run "systemd-resolve --status" to see details about the uplink DNS servers
    # currently in use.
    #
    # Third party programs must not access this file directly, but only through the
    # symlink at /etc/resolv.conf. To manage man:resolv.conf(5) in a different way,
    # replace this symlink by a static file or a different symlink.
    #
    # See man:systemd-resolved.service(8) for details about the supported modes of
    # operation for /etc/resolv.conf.

    nameserver 127.0.0.53
    options edns0
    Thank You

First time I've seen this "options edns0" ,can you tell me about it? (Why is it there, I'm just asking)
    Also can you show this:
    Code:
    sudo find /etc -name dhclient.conf

I would enjoy to tell you about it, but I don't know either....

Here, in french, they say it's a "edns option"
