Just got me a new TV.

NO way.

I replaced the original crt with a brand new one which was unopened new old stock that was found at an electronics swap meet for $25.00 and I also replaced all of the old paper electrolytic capacitors with new ones as this TV was one my parents bought in the 1960s.

I work on old vacuum tube electronics kinda as a hobby every now and then when I run across something that is cheap and hasn't been butchered.

Sony bravia 32 inch 1080p from 7 or 8 years ago in the bedroom. 55 inch samsung 4k in the living room.

Old/heavy 46" Sony (720) in the living room, got a first generation roko hooked to it. Thats how old this setup is. I want to replace it with a projector one day. Watch some football in style

I have a 55'' LG OLED TV, 1080p, EG9100 model. It was the last 1080p model they made and 2 years ago it was under 2 grand while the 4K models were 3 grand. Excellent picture.

A Samsung 4K Smart TV. (43" I believe)
It looks good, and allows me to easily stream stuff from my phone.
We got it mainly for the SmartThings connectivity, which we barely use

I also have a tiny (20") 1080P Element TV. I use it mostly for troubleshooting.
I've had it for years though, and I'm surprised it hasn't yet flat out stopped working...
