19.04 flash player doesn't work on particular site

    FF 67.0 on Ubuntu 19.04

    ran
    sudo apt install flashplugin-installer
when I first installed 19.04 since I found I needed it to get a virtual CC # on my CC company.

    just now trying to access
    https://www.whirleypopshop.com/whirl...nal-video.html

    Whirley Pop Instructional Video
Get the Flash Player to see this player.

it gives me a link to get the flash player
    https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
which wants me to download something but the download button doesn't work.

    https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/about/
says : You have version 32,0,0,192 installed

I went to Software & Updates and set Download from: Main server.
I went to other software and checked canonical partners and let it update that.

    I did
    sudo apt install adobe-flashplugin
    and let that install.

FF Plugins shockwave flash player says Always Activate.

    still no joy.
