    Hello shoutout2 and Welcome to Ubuntu Linux Forums,

    It depends what you want to learn.
    A good place to start since your asking on ubuntu forums would be the ubuntu tutorials.
    or if you want there are many good begginers guides on line one is here.
    if you want something more general or deep this is a good place to start.
    Or maybe your looking for certified training leading to a job in linux related fields. Here is one place to get trained.
    Good luck in your search and learn lots!

    What is OPS?

    I've been a Linux/Unix admin about 25 yrs now.

    My best advice to learn Linux beyond point-n-click is here:

    After you become a power-user, then you can better decide a career path.
    * Virtualization Specialist
    * Storage Specialist
    * Container Specialist
    * Cloudy Admin
    * Enterprise Admin
    * DevOps Guru

    These are all different and all require learning to manage multiple Linux systems manually first. EVERY company does it a little different because every network is a little different.

    How someone runs a VPS with wordpress on Amazon EC2 is very, very, different than how a corporate admin would do it inside the corporate server LAN. If you are managing 200 mostly identical containers, that is also very different than dealing with 200 virtual machines.

    What is "OPS?"

    OPS is:

    (1) (Open Publication Structure)
    (2) (Open Profiling Standard) A specification for sharing data and ensuring privacy of a user's data. The OPS provides a standard way of identifying which data can be transferred from the user to a website and how it can and cannot be used.
