Xfce 4.14pre1 released!

Simon Steinbeiß reports that Xfce 4.14pre1 has been released and tells us of selected updates that it contains. First mention goes to a xfce4-session change that removes a race condition, there are improvements to xfwm4, and fixes to xfce4-panel. If using Xubuntu 19.04 the new features are available via the staging PPA, with encouragement for us to test, and report any bugs found. Xfce 4.14pre2 is expected June 30, and links are provided for more details.
