Distro Pop OS 18.04 LTS
Currently using Pop for all Applications, Cursors and Icons (which I like very much).
The odd menu here and there has a grey font colour which is impossible to read on a white menu, how do I change font colour?

I knew you would ask that questions, I can't remember, so generally how do I go about changing font colour?
If it is a problem the drop-down menus on the upper panel only modifying the the gnome shell css or using a different theme will solve the problem. I gave Pop OS a spin the other day and didn't notice that issue. The font settings would be in Gnome Tweak or settings.

I have found one of those annoying colour issues. See image from contacts. The white font on the remove selection box
