Unable to access ubuntuforums.org with my primary SSO login

Hi guys

I have a SSO login which I think is working. I say I think because as far as SSO is concerned I am logged in. However, when attempting to log onto ubuntuforums.org I get an error message to the effect of "this username is already in use" although, in the registration phase, it showed as available.

I had to create a different account, which is the one I am writing this from.


Are you able to help please? I'm happy to provide either username or email address for the account I am trying to restore my access to.
