Open .docx files in Word Online

Hi,

I use Word Online as my primary text editor as unfortunately you can't download Word on ubuntu. I was wondering if it were possible to automatically open .docx files that I download with Word Online rather than me having to open word online and upload the file?

Word Online is an application running on remote servers not on your personal system...you can only choose from installed applications inside ubuntu as default applications for particular tasks. Unfortunately what you are asking is not possible...But you can install and use LibreOffice, it supports both doc and docx files extensions...
