Thumbs up Time to say Thank You

    Hello guys and girls,

i think it is time to say Thank You to the g&g who solves
lots of issues with the system.

    Short story:
    - Xubuntu running for a while now and after the installation
some weeks ago i got everytime a popup after boot (desktop visible)
that something went wrong with the system. I had not the time
to look after it because after my 4th heart attack in march 2017
i have a lot of other things where i must take care of.

After every boot i started the Software Updater to get the latest things.
And wonder over wonder, haha, two days ago i got these updates
too and had to reboot because i forgot things.

After the reboot NO popup anymore. So things are fixed now.

About that a big, big THANK YOU to these G&G who are
fixing the things all the time.

It was an inner need to shout this out, Mike

    wildemanne39,

Thank you for moving it to the right place.

I'm not new to Linux. I'm 60 this year and
was working for more then 30 years with Unix.

I'm well new to this forum so took the wrong place.

    Thanks to all in Ubuntuland.

Been free of Windows for over 10 years.
Nice not to feel compelled to take the latest version because of someone else's profit motive.
Nice to have a choice of software for most tasks.
Nice to find help which really wants to help.

BTW, how does the OP log 0 beans, when there are 2 on this thread alone? Is this limboland for beanned posts?
There are more irrational numbers than there are digits in the full expansion of pi.
