Hello everyone,

I'm having an odd issue with my HP Spectre x360 that I bought back in 2015, currently running Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS. Essentially, I'm new to Linux, and figured that Ubuntu would be a good place to start, but I ran into a strange problem: on every reboot, both the laptop's WiFi and Bluetooth were soft blocked, meaning I would have to go into the terminal and unblock them manually every time. This also meant that every Bluetooth device paired with the laptop gets disconnected every reboot and I have to remove them and pair them again constantly (this is also troublesome, taking upwards of 10 tries to get it right occasionally).

I've been reading a bunch of previous posts that featured similar problems, but so far, none of the solutions have been working for me, and a lot of the time they're not even relevant. If anyone has any ideas as to what I could do to attempt to tackle this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.
