    synaptic broken because python3 is hosed.

    while attempting to reinstall parted (common util)

    Attempted to reinstall python3 files
    ran the below:

    sudo rm -rvf /var/lib/apt/lists/*
    sudo apt update
    What would be the steps to repair python3?
    How or why is hplip involved?
