LDAP authentication problem

Hi everyone,


Firstly i am sorry for my bad English.


I use Ubuntu on my PC. Our company use Windows AD and Palo Alto Captive Portal. I added my Ubuntu laptop my Company's AD and if i open my laptop in 24 hours, my AD account access work perfectly. Our Captive Portal always refreshes login cache 24 hour later. If i start my laptop 24 hours later, i can't access Ubuntu with my AD account (Actually i tested almost all distribution and i've had this problem).
I just access Ubuntu with my AD account this steps.
- Access Local Account,
- Go Browser,
- Login captive portal with AD account,
- Log off local account,
- Join ubuntu with AD account.
How to i fix this problem?


And last question is how to i acces Ubuntu with my AD account offline? I want to access my AD account offline mode. How to do that this actions?
