    No network after upgrade 18.04=> 18.10 (wifi card recognized)

    Hi, I have a QCA6174 802.11ax wireless network adapter. I upgraded from 18.04 to 18.10 and while my card is recognized, and working (I can see all the nearby wireless networks and mine, and nmcli says I am successfully connected to my wifi network and I have pulled an IP address) I cannot connect to any network, wired or wireless. I'm sure it's something relatively dumb, but I'm stuck.

    Any help please?

    To start, I would do

    sudo sed -i 's/wifi.powersave = 3/wifi.powersave = 2/' /etc/NetworkManager/conf.d/default-wifi-powersave-on.conf
    systemctl restart network-manager.service
