If you mean the email you use to log into the forum, that is done at ubuntu.com - the single sign-on site:

Go to login.ubuntu.com
Go to personal details.
Go down and click Manage email addresses.
Fill in the new email address in the Add new email address box. Click Add Address to apply it.
Set new email as preferred email,then confirm password and then click Save Changes down below.
