    Screen twitches every few minutes

Hi, i have a Ubuntu 18.04 and my screen sort of "refreshes" itself every few minutes by flickering. I tried altering my refresh rate but that didn't fix it. Any suggestions?

Some specs on your machine will probably help us to help you.

Did you do a clean install of 18.04 or did you upgrade from a previous version?

Did you install a video driver? If so, what one and where did you get it from?

How is the screen connected to the PC: VGA, HDMI, DVI?
