A few years ago, I installed Lubuntu on my dad's old laptop. Now, he wants to buy a new laptop and try out Windows 10 which is preloaded with the laptop.
Now, my experience with Windows is Windows 98 and XP and back then, security was bad, in Windows XP, your are the superuser, you can make changes to the entire system and even destroy the OS, this is why viruses have an easy time infecting a Windows XP machine, while in Linux, you are not the superuser, which makes Linux more secure and less vulnerable to viruses, if a virus infects your Home folder, it cannot infect the core system due to user privileges. Is this still true in Windows 10?
