    Without money they can not make a cool program, better than photoshop, for example Krita is so great program, Krita devlopets gets founding on Kickstarter for updates.

    Linux Community is very poors humans, that thing Adobe developers.

    I doubt that Adobe thinks the Linux Community is "poor humans". What makes you think that?

    Nearly all software in Linux is free.

    Exactly correct -- for the desktop!

    Now, what's the question?

    Have a look at this. Are these "poor humans"?

    Many people have a naive view that the desktop is all there is to "computing". That is only a very small part of the whole. In fact, there are billions of devices running Linux -- more by at least an order of magnitude over anything from Microsoft. Even Microsoft realizes this and they have embraced Linux.
