Chinese BoPoMoFo layout is wrong

Using the BoPoMoFo iBus input source, most of the letters are in the wrong places for some reason.

For example, ㄊ produces ㄝ, ㄍ produces ㄡ, and ㄎ produces ㄍ.

Why would this layout be different or wrong compared to the standard BoPoMoFo and how can I correct this?
