My Lubuntu froze a few times but I can no longer use ctrl-alt-backspace to restart. for some dumb reason it was disabled but I don't see how to re enable it. I can't find the keyboard controller to do that.

First Cup of Ubuntu
settings -> devices -> keyboard
can set all default or set as you wish
