Problems using "Advanced Search"

every time I try to make an advanced search it keeps saying :
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /search.php on this server.

Your search string has likely not made it through the web application firewall, without knowing the search string it is impossible for us to escalate, in the meantime, using a search engine like google can produce results eg,

I have the same problem, no matter what the search string; I tried search strings like Chrome and Ubuntu
