Wine isn't showing up

I am trying to open a "DOS/Windows executable (application/x-ms-dos-executable)" file. It defaults open with Archive Manager and when I try to 'Open with Other Application' option, wine isn't there. I have install wine and is in version 3.0.3. If someone is familiar with the file, it is called "CUP.exe" and is from a CD.
Ubuntu version: Ubuntu 18.10

Is there any other application which can run it?
