Do you have a valid Product Key?

This universe is crazy. I'm going back to my own.
I'd suggest the microsoft site at the link below and have your product key and specific version of windows you are using available. Haven't tried it myself so...?
You might also try a windows/microsoft site and explain the problem specifically and ask for help there.

The link the previous user suggested will get you the iso. How ever to make the bootable USB I'd suggest you download a program called etcher. They have a .deb you can download from their site. It's a pretty good program I use it every time I need I need any bootable USB.
+1 for etcher. Unetbootin was my go-to bootable USB. Etcher is attractive, fast and reliable, and it is, IMHO, the best currently available USB burner.
However, it really should be in the Ubuntu repos.
I drink my Ubuntu black, no sugar.

You can also go here, it will make a bootable usb or dvd: microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
It's up to you, you can make a bootale DVD/USB for your Windows 10,and some tutorials and videos that you can get from Google and Youtuble, this is one that i got .
But if you are wondering which one is going to be easier to do ,you will get the same answer, what do you have (Tool or anything) now ?
