18.04.1 - No NTPd --or-- NTP?

Just spun up a fresh 18.04.1 a couple days ago (and updated to 4.15.0-39-generic this morning) with only apache, php and mysql so far.

Apt is telling me ntp is missing, obsoleted or only available from another source.

Have I run into a transient U package source issue...?

Nix that, maybe? - Hopped on another bionic system @ 4.15.0-38 and its available on that one.

Comparing sources lists now but if anyone has another suggestion, much appreciated!
