Ubuntu Favourites bar icon size ?

With both of the versions of Ubuntu is there a way I can make the Favourites bar icons larger. I have found a way to make the other icons larger but not the favourates bar ones. Happy if there a different way for each version.

Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS and Ubuntu 18.10
