After upgrade to Cosmic, ubuntu-bug doesn't work. For example, "ubuntu-bug gnucash" gives
"/home/my-login/https:/bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnucash/+filebug/451a98b4-e691-11e8-a96e-68b5996a96c8?: No such file or directory"
Clearly, some script is prepending my home path to the front of a URL. Since ubuntu-bug doesn't work, I cannot report the bug to launchpad.
