having trouble installing a driver on my desktop

Hi, ive recently built a pc, and decided to put ubuntu on it because its free, and pretty neat. Recently due to a move, ive lost my old wifi adapter, and am left with a netgear wna3100. however since my desktop isn't connected to th wifi i can't download a driver for it directly and am left having to move it via usb to my computer. can someone help me with this? im having a devil of a time
