For a while now I have been preferring snaps over .deb for Chromium and Firefox in the belief that sandboxing inherent in snaps provides an additional layer of security for these outward facing applications.
I could easily be wrong. If so I would appreciate it if someone would let me know and I could save myself the bother.
They are a bit slower to load.
