Firefox in PowerPC edition

Is it correct that the latest Lubuntu for PowerPC is 16.04?

Does it include Firefox? I am finding messages that recent versions failed to build, and a Mac user on the LowEndMac FB community says they can't upgrade to any current version.

Can anyone tell me the latest Firefox for PowerPC? I thought the LTS versions got the current F'fox, no?

I see no 18.04 image for PowerPC and according to the PowerPC FAQ Firefox should be available.

According to packages.ubuntu.com, for 16.04 the latest release of Firefox for PowerPC was version 47.0. Other architectures have version 62.0.3.
