Ubuntu 18.04 Don't work touchpad on my laptop

Hi, people! I have an issue with the touchpad on my laptop. Every time I boot to the system the touchpad work for some small amount of time (less than a minute) and after that just stop working. I don't know what causing this. And I have no clue what causing such behavior. Xinput actually shows that it's here (It's on the attached screenshot). Please, help!

I had a similar issue last weekend when I upgraded to 18.04 from 17.10. The touchpad worked but only until I logged in, then I could move the cursor but I couldn't click anywhere. The solution I found was a new upgrade to 18.10.
