I was reading about pre-installed pc's somewhere on the internet today though.

Not really at the moment. I do want to game more in the future though. Can you recommend a few populair ones?
I am thinking on an Tuxedo Book XC1708. I don't know whether I should wait on the open source amdgpu driver to get populair. (and would be optional on this laptop from Tuxedo)
