Open up SSH with any password

Some nice little fellows from China eagerly want to get into my SSH server. Up to 10 000 login attempts a day but they seem to have problems with authorisation.
Now, I am really curious and would like to see what they are up to.
Is there any way for me to let them login in with any flunky password?

Would you like to just invite them in to do whatever they want?

You shouldn't wonder what they are up to. They are up to no good.

Before they actually compromise your machine, change your ssh configuration to use keys -- never allow passwords. Period. Modify your firewall to drop uninvited connection attempts. Harden your system.

You want bad actors with nefarious intent to compromise your machine?

You are free to do whatever you wish with your machine, of course.

However, we are not in the habit of leaving instructions for doing patently foolish things -- ill-advised and dangerous things that neophytes might find and use to ignorantly get themselves into trouble. That would be an inexcusable disservice to our community. You will have to find and use another venue to seek advice in this endeavor.

My advice is to avoid such a dangerous course of action, however curious you may be.

To preclude any potential for further discussion which might lead to suggestions for accomplishing what you seek to do, this thread is closed.
