Hi, I was wondering if I can have a new username change to FederalRecall is this possible? And if it is could the name be changed to it.

The username you chose is not in keeping with our Rules as outlined in the CoC here:

Specifically:

Politics: This topic has caused serious problems in the past, and as such is subject to tight control. Discussion of the politics of open source is permissible within the Ubuntu, Linux and OS Chat forum. No other political posting is permitted in any form in any other area of the forum.

This extends to usernames and as such your request to have your username changed to FederalRecall is denied but we are happy to change it to a username that meets the CoC requirements.
