Chaotic Channel Mapping - Ubuntu 16.04

Hi everyone ... i am lost in translation here.

    Here is my situation:

    QNAP TS-253pro with Ubuntu 16.04 / AVReceiver - DENON X4300 / Cable: HDMI 2.2 (tested)

    1)
Initially I had only Stereo Signal

    getting: DigitalAC-3Pulseaudio https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DiAC-3Pulseaudio
    solved the problem

    2) The channels are all messer up now
    1 ran "speaker-test -c6 -twav"
The result is in the picture attached

    3)
I then tried to correct the mapping in all config files of
    " /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/profile-sets/default.conf

But somehow ... nothing helps ...

especially the "double outputs" of eg: rear-right

    Strange?
