Restaurar de copia de seguridad en otro equipo

Hola:
Soy un usuario de ubuntu desde hace tiempo. REcientemente mi equipo portátil se estropeo y he tenido que comprar otro portatil. Pero no sé como restaurar la copia de seguridad, que está en formato gpg, en el nuevo equipo.
¿Alguíen sabría ayudarame?

I work with ubuntu long time. My last laptop is broken and i buy a new one. I don,t know hot to restore de backup on the new cpu. The backup is on archive gph. Anybody can help me?
