    Question Net Speed Indicator Zorin os 12

    Hi, before i ask any questions i should tell that i am new to linux Os, so if i ask stupid question please bear with me
    So, the problem is that i was previously usinf windows 7 and in that i had a softwar called "Netnbalancer" for showing my current internet speed in the taskbar so i tried to do the same for my new linux os The Zorin 12 i installed applet called netspeed indicator but the problem is that it only shows me the icon on the plane not the speed unless i click on it and i want that it shows the speed on the plane not like i have to click on it to check. Please guide me to how can i do that.

    Do you need to know the current actual download speed of files or the network speed itself?
    I use a conky display showing the current download speed of files, updates etc etc.

    no i just want my download speed showing just simple numbers not a plane like that

    I'm still not sure what speed you want to see but if it really is the download speed of files etc etc, you can just show the numbers from my screenshot without the graphical diagram that I like to use.
