Unhappy No audio output, input, or settings of any sort

I was watching some videos in Google Chrome and as I exit, I realize all of my audio goes kaput. I unplug my headphones with no effect. I try to check the volume after restarting and see this. What do I do? I've checked if ALSA is running and it is. I've also went into the ALSA mixer to see that the Speakers are muted. I turn it up to 100% but to no avail.
