some problem with Thunar ... maybe

Since i was new in xubuntu
after installed the 18.04 in my compaq cq40-328TU
yesterday i explore the thunar ... and accidently, i make it's menu disappeared
and now i have roll windows up and roll windows down small arrow right beside the minimized button
please help me for having a default view ...

Is it an optional feature or a default feature?

Is it only Thunar or do all windows have the roll up/down buttons? I believe that's part of the GTK theme and can be added/removed from Settings>Window Manager > Style and then drag & drop the window elements you want. But I may be mistaken....
