for VirtualBox(win7) on Ubuntu 18.04 must have win7.iso?

I have Ubuntu 18.04 and i want add VirtualBox with Win7 (or 8 or 10).
When i start i take the message:

FATAL: No bootable medium found ! System halted

to continue ...must have Win7.iso ?
i use only linux and i dont have any CD from Win7 or passwords...

what must i do ?

i need Windows version because when i am in triip with out WI-FI must use usb-stick mobile telephony to conect to internet ...

I also have a broadband Internet USB stick. It boot quickly when I try to connect to my Ubuntu Laptop. I haven't encounter any problem. Did you try your broadband Internet USB stick to connect directly to your Ubuntu system?

in my country this usb need install a programm to pc for you can use it .
This programm have .exe for install
in windows7 i tested works fine
