MSQL not running the install script

Hello!

I recently installed mysql-server in ubuntu budgie 18.04 through commandline (why doesn't it appear in the store?) and, while it installed fine, it did not run the installation script that asks you for the root password and the other account password. For that reason I do not know the password and I have not been able to find a way to setup the password afterwards. Is there any way to run that setup after it has been installed? Or a way to uninstall it and install it again with the scrip running?

Any one knows how to get the script to run in a reinstallation or how to set it up now? Or why didn't it run the first time?
