Ubuntu Live USB help

I wanna use an ubuntu live usb to download ubuntu on my windows pc, but don't have admin rights to make myself, can somebody post the ive usb files here so I can just drag and drop? I have an 8gb usb which should be more than enough to install to pc (seeing as it only requires 2)
