CNN videos won't play. CORS support not enabled

This problem started this morning. When I went to play a video (CNN Today in politics), I got the following message on both my PC's running 18.04, but not the one running WIN 64 Pro (Firefox is browser in all cases). "Could not load the manifest file. Make sure the source is set correctly and that CORS support is enabled." What does this mean, and how do I fix the problem, if it is fixable?

    Thank you,

    John

Restart FF in safe mode, see if better
With FF open > Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled..

I had the same Problem. Cured by going to Edit>Preferences>Privacy & Security>Tracking Protection>Change Block list. Select "Basic Protection".
Your files aren't in the cloud, they're just on someone else's computer.
