What exactly did you do to get those messages, attempt an update?
Why are you posting on an Ubuntu forum? Kali is based on Debian but that's the only relationship with Ubuntu. You could post more details on exactly what you did and what you are using and I would also suggest you go to the Kali site at the link below:
