Ethernet connection delays to establish after booting windows 10

    Hello,
I am using lubuntu latest version in a computer with grub which also has windows 10 installed.
I have noticed that whenever I boot into windows 10, the next time I boot lubuntu, there is a large time delay for the ethernet connection to establish itself network connected.
If I use lubuntu for some days without going into windows 10, mysteriously the problem is repaired.
Is there any way to use some code with terminal or any settings to change so that the ethernet connection can be corrected sooner?
    Thank you very much.

Possibly helpful: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=191981 See post #6 and 8.
Turning off all the Power Management features [in Windows} does indeed fix the problem.
I suggest also turning off wake-on-lan in Windows to see if it helps.
